Boutique production begun in 2000 as a hobby by Akın Öngör after retiring from banking. What started with 30 dönüm bought in Akhisar in the late 1990s has grown to 250 dönüm and 13 premium-segment products.
All grapes are grown organically in their own vineyards and processed and bottled at the facility on the same estate — château-style production. A second vineyard was established in 2005 in the Sarnıç area of Akhisar at 800 metres, planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The wines are also sold in the United States, Japan and Cyprus.
