Kavaklıdere’s Manisa project. The name comes from the Greek “pente horia” — five villages. It is described as Turkey’s largest vineyard held in a single parcel.
The 214-hectare vineyard is worked as 18 main and 72 sub-parcels under micro-vineyard management, at elevations from 190 to 475 metres. The production facility sits within the vineyard — château-style production — with storage capacity of two million litres a year.
