Overview

A journey through time in the heart of ancient Anatolia. You explore the magnificent Acropolis — the actual ancient city — and see the Altar of Zeus, referred to in Revelation as “the throne of Satan”, the Temple of Trajan, and the third largest library of antiquity.

After a lunch break you visit Asclepion, the ancient medical centre dedicated to Asclepius, god of healing, and learn about early medical practices and treatments.

    The ancient medical centre dedicated to Asclepius — sacred springs, rituals and the healing practices of antiquity.

  4. Evening

    Return
