The vineyard was planted in 2012 at Dağovacık, in Urla’s Zeytinler village; the first production at the winery followed in 2017. Five varieties are grown across 100 dönüm.
The name PERDİX comes from the partridge flocks frequently seen along the vineyard road. The estate holds organic certification and states that it produces without disturbing Urla’s soil structure. There is a restaurant alongside the tasting room.
