The Çakır family’s winery: the first harvest was in 2018 and it opened to visitors in 2020.
The stone building brings together the production facility, cellar, restaurant and guest rooms. The restaurant serves Aegean and Italian-inspired dishes with stone-oven pizza. The flagship “Somnium” series covers red, rosé and white.
