Twelve kilometres from the centre of Urla in Bademler, on the road from Urla towards Kuşadası and Ephesus. Fifty dekar of vines on calcareous, stony ground.
Production uses night harvesting, gravity transfer and traditional hand pressing, yielding roughly 25,000 bottles a year. Alongside the tasting room there is the 300-cover ŞatoInn restaurant, with a separate 60-seat area for private events.
